Returns & Exchanges

30-day return window

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

1. Email contact@growthagencyllc.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund. This is the fastest way to get the right gear.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used apparel, opened consumables, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Defective items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
