Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic shipping (US)
Standard shipping: $5.95 — 3 to 7 business days.
Express shipping: $14.95 — 1 to 3 business days.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at contact@growthagencyllc.shop.
Damaged or lost packages
Growth Agency is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, save the packaging and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Email us a copy of the claim and we will help resolve the issue.
